Macaire is Mercer’s West Market CEO at Mercer, leading a region that includes the Mountain States and the Pacific States in the U.S. Prior to joining Mercer in early 2018, Macaire was with Willis Towers Watson as the Managing Director and Market Leader for the Metro New York region. Earlier in her career, Macaire spent several years in various leadership, business strategy and business development roles at Hewitt Associates in both San Francisco and New York.
