At Harvard, as the Vice President and General Counsel, Diane assists the University on a variety of commercial transactions, with a focus on ways the University can protect and manage its intellectual property assets. She advises on health care, privacy, and student affairs issues, on concerns involving the use of human subjects and animals in research, and on issues involving third-party access to research data. Ms. Lopez has spent significant time on legal and legislative matters related to human embryonic stem cell research.

Colette Phillips Launches GK! Market

Additionally, Colette has launched GK! Market, a game-changing small business platform for BIPOC and women-owned businesses for corporate procurement and to give small business a digital presence and marketing support so they can thrive and survive during the pandemic. Anne is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mass General Brigham, a Boston based integrated health care system that includes internationally known Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, nationally recognized specialty hospitals including Spaulding, Mass Eye and Ear, and McLean, seven community hospitals, a health insurance company, physician networks, community health centers, home care and long-term care services. The largest private employer in Massachusetts with 78,000 employees and annual revenue of $13.4 billion, the non-profit health care system is the nation’s leading recipient of NIH funding and a principal teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School, establishing the health care system’s position as a national leader in medical research and teaching.

Eneida is Founder of Roman Law, a Boston-based boutique law firm and Partner of Omega Global Advisors, a government relations firm. She is known as a catalytic pacesetter and an ardent champion of advancing women and Latinos.

Desiree Ralls-Morrison is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Boston Scientific, a position she has held since November 2017.  In this role, she is responsible for providing global legal leadership across all of the businesses, regions and functions, and overseeing the company’s global compliance function.  She also advises both the Board of Directors and CEO.

She is currently a Managing Director and Co-founder at Cove Hill Partners, a new private equity firm focused on partnering with outstanding management teams to build market-leading consumer and technology companies. The Firm manages a long-duration fund with over $1 billion of commitments from its investors and founders.

Deborah has brought to market QC PathFinder for electronic outbreak surveillance of hospital acquired infections (HAIs) and Patient Self Service Kiosk, Portal and Mobile solutions. Vecna’s Department of Defense funded BEAR (Battlefield Extraction and Recovery) and the QC Bot Hospital Logistics Robots are among a number of robotic tools and products fulfilling Vecna’s goal of better technology for a better world.

Lynn, a seasoned academic and an expert on organizational development and transformation, became the ninth president of Simmons University on July 1, 2020. She is the first African American to lead the university. Specializing in crisis leadership, diversity and inclusion, and positive leadership—organizational behavior that reveals and nurtures the highest level of human potential—Dr. Wooten is an innovative leader and prolific author and presenter whose research has informed her work in the classroom and as an administrator.
