Patti broke barriers by becoming the first woman to be named chief judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 2013. In her years as chief, she has deftly tackled cases at the far reaches of technological innovation, intellectual property, and emerging science and, more recently, immigration and deportation cases.

Andrea manages brand and marketing at Puma, as the Head of Business Affairs and Marketing and Deputy General Counsel. This includes all of Puma’s influencer relationships with celebrities like Jay Z, where Andrea has brought insight for her twelve years with the company.

During her five years as president at Roxbury Community College, Valerie has fostered an environment of opportunity for access to a college education consistent with students’ interests and aptitudes and helped reduce economic, social, psychological and academic barriers to educational opportunity. She has championed environmentally friendly renovations and developed new programs in emerging fields.

Shanna is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Wellington Management, a private, independent investment management firm, where she leads long-term investors focused on the future. The company pursues capital appreciation through direct investments in private companies seeking capital to accelerate growth.

Beth Myers has a long history of involvement in public issues and campaigns, which she brought to the co-founding of The Shawmut Group. The Shawmut Group specializes in public affairs consulting for companies and associations, as well as general campaign consulting for candidates. Most recently, she was Campaign Manager for Mitt Romney’s presidential race and before that served as his Chief of Staff through all four years of the Romney governorship. 

As President of precisioneffect, a healthcare advertising agency within Precision Medicine Group, Morgan is part of a team partnering with companies seeking to change the standard of care – commercializing brands that challenge the status quo and getting the medications into the hands of physicians, and ultimately to those patients who need them most. Carolyn helps pharmaceutical and biotech companies combat the ever-present pressure on cost and pricing.

Nora is Vice President of Corporate Citizenship for Tufts Health Plan and President of its Foundation. She leads the Foundation’s work in healthy living with an emphasis on older adults. As Vice President of Corporate Citizenship, Nora works with leadership to leverage the health plan’s business practices, products, services, and community engagement strategies, including corporate sponsorships and employee volunteerism, to make our communities stronger.

Erin is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer of Optum, a leading health services and innovation company focused on improving affordability, quality, and efficiency of care. With over 30 years of experience as an HR professional, she is an experienced strategic change agent with a track record of elevating organizations and cultures. Before joining Optum, she was executive vice president, global human resources for IT leader EMC Corporation with responsibility for executive, leadership, and employee development and a global network of HR professionals advising EMC’s business leaders.
