Boston Mayor Marty Walsh announces Priscilla Douglas joins the Boston Public Library Board of Trustees

Mayor Martin J. Walsh today announced that executive coach, author and speaker Priscilla Douglas has been appointed to the Boston Public Library Board of Trustees. Douglas was sworn in on Tuesday, June 27, at City Hall, and fills the vacancy of Carol Fulp, who departed the Board in February 2017. Priscilla’s professional career includes key executive positions in government, academics, and business, for many of which she was the first woman and the first African American appointment.

C.A. Webb was recently elected to the Boston Foundation Board of Directors

Boston – The Boston Foundation today announced it is welcoming entrepreneur C.A. Webb to the foundation’s Board of Directors for a five-year term that began July 1, 2017. Webb is the co-founder of Boston-based venture capital fund _Underscore.VC, and has also served as Executive Director of the New England Venture Capital Association. She left _Underscore.VC in February 2017 to pursue new ventures.
