Nancy, a veteran in the biopharmaceutical industry, joined EyePoint in September  2016 as President and Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the company’s Board of Directors.  Ms. Lurker has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical services industries.

Lynn, a seasoned academic and an expert on organizational development and transformation, became the ninth president of Simmons University on July 1, 2020. She is the first African American to lead the university. Specializing in crisis leadership, diversity and inclusion, and positive leadership—organizational behavior that reveals and nurtures the highest level of human potential—Dr. Wooten is an innovative leader and prolific author and presenter whose research has informed her work in the classroom and as an administrator.

Members Named in 50 Most Influential Business People of Color in MetroWest Region

Members Donna Gittens and Eneida Roman were recognized by the Newton-Needham Chamber and Get Konnected as “50 Most Influential Business People of Color” in the MetroWest region. The list aims to celebrate, document and showcase the plethora of professionals and executives of color making a positive contribution to the economic and social fabric of the region. The honorees, selected by a seven-member committee from over 200 nominations, work and/or sit on a board for a business or nonprofit that is physically located in Newton, Needham, Wellesley, Natick and Framingham. Kirk is an experienced CEO and board member, with a demonstrated history of leadership in the technology industry. Skilled in strategy, sales, customer relationship management, and operations, Kirk has a passion for technologies that transform businesses and markets. Currently, Kirk is actively engaged as an advisor, board member and teacher. She is an Executive-in-Residence at General Catalyst Ventures, where she works with management teams to help scale and drive growth.

Lauren Pimpare Accepted into IWF Fellows Program
