As Vice President of Corporate Citizenship, Nora works with leadership to leverage the health plan’s business practices, products, services, and community engagement strategies, including corporate sponsorships and employee volunteerism, to make our communities stronger.

Erin is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer of Optum, a leading health services and innovation company focused on improving affordability, quality, and efficiency of care. With over 30 years of experience as an HR professional, she is an experienced strategic change agent with a track record of elevating organizations and cultures. Before joining Optum, she was executive vice president, global human resources for IT leader EMC Corporation with responsibility for executive, leadership, and employee development and a global network of HR professionals advising EMC’s business leaders.

As the Global Chief Marketing Officer of TD Bank, Theresa leads a world class team of Marketing, Environment and Community Relations professionals across Canada, The United States, and Europe. She cements TD’s role as an industry environmental leader and fulfills its deep commitment to helping the communities in which its employees and customers live and work.

Melinda recently brought her thirty plus years of experience giving, getting, leading, and managing in solution-oriented nonprofits, and foundations to the McGovern Foundation, where she was named the first Executive Director. Prior to McGovern, she was Deputy Director of the Barr Foundation, Director of Family Philanthropy at Pilot House Associates, and Executive Director of the Paul & Phyllis Fireman Charitable Foundation.

Sam is the Chief Executive Officer of Veracode and a recognized expert in cybersecurity, the emerging practice of DevSecOps and business management. As a founding member of the Veracode team, Sam helped lead the establishment and growth of the application security category working with industry experts and analysts. In her current role, Sam is focused on company growth and helping customers achieve their missions through the creation of secure software.

Kip began Hollister Staffing in 1988 because she realized that helping the right people and the right companies come together was not about transactions – it was about relationships. Since then, as the leader of a prominent women-owned, full service recruiting firm in New England, Kip has fulfilled the promise she made when opening the company’s doors, continuing to strive to create successful relationships between great companies and the people who anchor their work.

As Director, Nancy leads the strategic and academic focus of The Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy, a Harvard Kennedy School research center dedicated to exploring and illuminating the intersection of press, politics and public policy in theory and practice. Nancy is the former Managing Editor for TIME magazine, an award-winning American essayist, speaker, and presidential historian.

Yvonne serves as Chief of Staff to State Street’s CEO, Ron O’Hanley and as Global Head of Internal Communications.  Prior to State Street, Yvonne served as Director in Marketing and Distribution Strategy for Liberty Mutual and as Vice President for Bank of America’s China Construction Bank Strategic Assistance Program. In that role, Yvonne and her team created and implemented over five new Wealth Management Centers throughout China which resulted in over 80 centers currently throughout the country.

Betty Francisco is an entrepreneur, business executive, attorney and community leader, and the co-founder of Amplify Lantinx, the movement whose mission is to build Latinx economic and political power by significantly increasing Latinx civic engagement and representation in leadership positions across sectors. She is known as a powerful convener and change maker, unapologetic about creating visibility for Latinx and people of color.
